Collaborated with Whitecap Canada to develop an AI-assisted proposal generation solution for automating customer proposal creation. Designed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture using vector search and large language models to leverage historical proposal data. Improved proposal generation performance from approximately 20 minutes to under 30 seconds, reducing processing time by over 97%. Worked directly with industry mentors and stakeholders through weekly reviews, requirements gathering sessions, and project deliverables.
